  • Dr Singh is recognised by all major insurance providers and bills within their approved fee schedules.

This includes Bupa, Axa, WPA, Aviva, Vitality, Cigna, Allianz, Helix as well as overseas insurance providers.

Although you may be insured, you are ultimately responsible for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend contacting your insurer before your appointment to confirm what is covered. This applies to:

    • Initial and follow-up consultations

    • Investigations such as blood tests or imaging

    • Any recommended treatment or procedures

Please request a pre-authorisation number from your provider and share it with us prior to your consultation or bring it on the day.

Insurance policies vary, so your insurer will need to confirm your individual cover. Dr Singh’s team can provide the appointment details and clinical information usually required for authorisation.

  • For patients not using medical insurance, the following self-pay fees apply:

    • Initial consultation (30 minutes): £350

    • Extended or second opinion (up to 60 minutes): £450

    • Follow-up consultation: £250

    • Joint or soft-tissue injection (if required): £100 (in addition to consultation fee)

  • If you are sponsored by an embassy, please ensure a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) is provided in advance. This should confirm cover for:

    • Consultations

    • Diagnostic tests

    • Any necessary treatment

LOGs should be sent to Dr Singh’s PA prior to your appointment. If a LOG is not provided, you will be asked to pay on the day and reclaim costs directly from your embassy.

  • A missed appointment or late cancellation is a lost opportunity for another patient in need.

We kindly ask for at least one full working day’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Unfortunately, cancellations made with less notice — or non-attendance — will incur a fee of £150, which is not reimbursable by insurers.

  • Prescriptions can be issued during your consultation when appropriate.

    Medications can either be:

    • Collected from the in-house pharmacy at The Physicians’ Clinic

    • Or delivered to your home address (usually by the next working day) via Pharmacierge, a secure online pharmacy

Alternatively, prescriptions can be sent via SMS to use at your local pharmacy.

Please note that requests for prescriptions outside of a clinic appointment will incur a £30 administrative fee.
